1 16 oz can Jellied Cranberry Sauce
3.4 cup chili sauce
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T Tabasco
In a saucepan, mix together all ingredients. Cook over medium heat until cranberry sauce is melted. Use as a baste for broiling or grilling meat or poultry. Serve with additional sauce. Makes about 2/ 1/2 cups.

Sweet and Sour Sauce
Old standby. Not too sweet.
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 T cornstarch
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
2T chopped pimento
1 T soy sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger
In a small saucepan combine brown sugar and cornstarch. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook and till thick and bubbly. Makes 1 1/4 cups

Sweet and Sour Sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup ( I add more sometimes)
2 T flour or cornstarch mixed in a little water
Combine all ingredients except flour. Bring to boil. Add flour/water to thicken.
