Green Beans Almandine

Extra virgin olive oil
Sliced almonds, to taste
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pound fresh green beans
2 T red wine vinegar
S & P

Heat olive oil and almonds in a saute pan. Add garlic, green beans and vinegar. Cook until the beans are al dente. Salt and pepper to taste; serve warm
